📦 Shipping Policy

At Truck Cinema, we aim to get your AI box delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1  business day after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time:

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 3–5 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 3–5 business days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 3–5 business days

  • 🌍 Europe: 3-5 business days

Shipping Fees:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (USA & Canada only)

  • Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout for all other orders

Tracking:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our AI boxes. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition

Not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation

  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at info@boostcartech.com with your order number

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return center

  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection

Exchanges:

  • Defective or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

🛠 Warranty

All AI boxes come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
