✅ 1-Year Limited Warranty

All of our AI box products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

🔧 What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse

  • Internal component failures not due to external damage

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or handling

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

  • Issues resulting from third-party apps or software updates not issued by Boost Truck Media

📦 How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Email us at support@boosttruckmedia.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos or video (if possible)

  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days

🔁 Resolution Options:

If your product is covered by warranty, we’ll offer:

  • A free replacement

  • Or, in some cases, a full or partial refund

We may request you return the defective unit before sending a replacement.

📝 Additional Notes:

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or opened by unauthorized personnel
